Invoice details often have to move from a document into a spreadsheet and then into a follow-up email. Repeating those steps by hand creates unnecessary work.

The approach.

A Google Drive trigger starts a download and file extraction path. A Gemini-backed information extractor prepares structured fields for Google Sheets, followed by an OpenAI email composition node and Gmail delivery.
