THE THINKING BEHIND THE BUILD
The challenge.
The client required a complete shop management system that operates 100% offline on counter PCs with zero internet dependency and no external database server setup, while preventing data loss and protecting wholesale margins from customers at the counter.
The approach.
An Electron desktop suite paired with a React interface and high-capacity IndexedDB persistence (using navigator.storage.persist()). Features 15-digit dual-SIM IMEI validation, keyboard-driven POS checkout, thermal receipt printing, cash custody liability separation, and owner PIN security.
